Join us for a 6-week group coaching program designed specifically for women.
Together, we will explore and transform limiting beliefs, stories and patterns that have been holding you back.
You will learn tools and strategies for self-empowerment and personal growth.
Discover your authentic self and learn to live your life in a more empowered way.
Week One
February 15: Focuses on shifting and changing goals and dreams and encourages participants to engage in journaling as a way to explore and clarify their aspirations. From 7:00-8:30pm on ZOOM first class may be a little longer.
Week Two
February 22: Emphasizes the importance of connection and community and includes group work activities to foster these connections.
Week Three
March 1: Focuses on shifting one's mindset and developing a new perspective and outlook through healing meditations.
Week Four
March 8: Encourages participants to put their newfound insights into practice, by observing rather than reacting, and being rather than doing.
Week Five
March 15: Emphasizes self-care and the relationship with oneself.
Week Six
March 22: A celebration of the program's completion, inviting participants to "become their future selves" and attend a party where they can show off the "highest version" of themselves that they've realized during the program.
